This game marks the seventh meeting between SMU and USF, dating back to 2004. The Mustangs trail in the series, 1-3-2 overall, with a 1-0-1 record when facing off in Dallas.
The Last Time They Met…
The Mustangs tied with the Bulls, 2-2, last season in a double overtime draw in Tampa, Florida. It was the second consecutive year the match ended in a double overtime, 2-2, draw.
