DALLAS (SMU) – The SMU women's tennis team will host the SMU Invite Friday through Sunday at the SMU Tennis Complex, Turpin Stadium & Brookshire Family Pavilion.
The SMU Invite is slated to begin with doubles play Friday at 11 a.m. SMU will be competing in its third tournament of the fall after trips to Rice and Oklahoma to open the season.
The Mustangs are one of two American Athletic Conference teams and one of 14 teams overall competing this weekend. SMU is joined by Houston from The American, as well as non-conference opponents Abilene Christian, Air Force Academy, Gonzaga, Incarnate Word, Kansas State, ULM, Marquette, Northwestern State, Sam Houston State, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, UT Arlington, UTSA.
