LAS VEGAS (SMU) – Senior Macie Elliott picked up her second victory Saturday to advance to the singles flight four final of the Rebel Invitational.

Elliott defeated UNLV's Jovana Kenic 7-6, 6-4 and will now face North Carolina State's Amanda Rebol in the main draw Sunday.

In the consolation draw, four Mustangs registered wins. Sophomore Liza Buss defeated Purdue's Nicole Robinson 6-3, 7-6, while senior Dasha Sharapova won a 6-1, 7-6 decision against Emily Kolbow of Colorado St. 

Senior Mary Wright and sophomore Ellie Zogg also picked up wins against the Rams. Wright defeated Sandra Keta 6-3, 6-3 and Zogg secured a 6-3, 6-4 victory against Celine Voss. The two Mustangs will now face each other tomorrow in the flight four consolation final.

The tournament will conclude Sunday at 12:00 P.M. CT with the final round both doubles and singles play.
