DALLAS (SMU) - The SMU Athletics Compliance Office and the SMU Sports & Entertainment Law Association will host a one-hour continuing legal education (CLE) session to discuss legal and ethical issues facing college recruiting and athletics on Tuesday, November 28th from 5:30-6:30 PM in Hillcrest Lecture Hall located in Underwood Law Library.
 
Panelists include: Kyle Conder, SMU Athletics Senior Associate Athletics Director for Compliance; Beth Chapman, Consultant at The Compliance Group & Attorney at The Chapman Law Firm; and Mike Powell, Deputy Director, Texas Secretary of State Office. Paul Rogers, the Marilyn Jeanne Johnson Distinguished Faculty Fellow, Professor of Law, and Former Dean of SMU Dedman School of Law, will moderate the panel's discussion.
