HOUSTON (SMU) – Three individuals earned top honors on night three of the American Athletic Conference Championships. Colin Feehery, Caleb Rhodenbaugh and Peter Smithson all won individual championships in their first AAC meet with the Mustangs.

Feehery opened the night with a win in the 400-yard individual medley, coming in under the NCAA B standard at 3:46.53. In preliminary action, the freshman posted a 3:46.40 to enter the night as the No. 1 seed and move onto SMU's all-time list as the Mustangs' fifth fastest performer all-time.

Brayden Rudd and Connor Dalbo also scored out of the event's Championship Final, finishing fourth and sixth, respectively. Rudd's finals time of 3:50.58 was a career-best mark, while Dalbo posted a personal best of 3:50.51 in prelims. Both times meet the NCAA B standard.

Wyatt Welch also had a career-best performance of 3:54.27 to win the Consolation Final.

The Mustangs' second victory in the pool came from Rhodenbaugh in the 100-yard breaststroke. Rhodenbaugh vaulted up SMU's all-time top performer list to finish the day as the fourth fastest Mustang in history after clocking a 53.12 in the final. Joining him in the top 10 was Dalbo, who covered the distance in 54.12 for fifth place. Both times are NCAA B cuts.

Reid Anderson finished eighth in the final at 55.04, while Jackson Skigen posted a personal-best 55.05 for 10th overall out of the Consolation Final.

Smithson picked up SMU's final championship of the night on 3 meter. The freshman dominated the competition, winning by nearly 30 points with a season-best 404.85. Teammate Parker Hardigree joined Smithson on the podium for the second time this week and finished third at 367.10 points. Dominic Hoefer rounded out the Mustang scoring in the Championship Final with a season-best 332.50 fourth place. Dominic Carollo picked up 14th place points in the event's Consols.

Riley Hill earned his own spot on a Mustang top-10 list as he became a top performer in the 100-yard backstroke with his 47.69 Championship Final performance. The fourth place finals finish places him eighth overall at SMU and gives him his first NCAA B cut. Jack Easton (7th) and Ralph Koo (8th) also scored points for SMU in the A Final.

Duncan Brookover, Matan Segal and Charlie Kaye finished in order to post a Mustang sweep in the event's B Final.

A pair of Mustangs represented SMU in the Championship Final of the 200-yard freestyle, including Daniel Forndal, who became SMU's sixth fastest performer at 1:35.56 to advance to the evening's final. Forndal finished fourth and stayed under the NCAA B standard at 1:36.07, while Wyatt Cronk was eighth in a career-best 1:37.92. Petar Bozhilov was 15th out of the B Final.
