DALLAS, Texas (SMU) - SMU Men's Tennis swept UT Dallas, 7-0, on Senior Day on Thursday at the SMU Tennis Complex.

Seniors
Clarke Wilson,
Blaise Fagan,
Jan-Simon Vrbsky and
Tomas Vaise were honored by the program and head coach
Grant Chen in a ceremony between singles and doubles. The Mustangs followed up the ceremony by winning 12-of-12 singles set to clinch the sweep.

SMU was scheduled to play UTA later in the day in Arlington but the game was canceled due to bad weather in the area.

Early on, the Mustangs got past the Comets with a 2-1 victory in doubles.
Kyle Sillman and
John Zisette delivered a 6-2 win on line two. The senior combo of Fagan and Vaise clinched the point with a 6-4 win on line three.

The Mustangs dominated singles with nine of the 12 sets ending at 6-2, 6-1 or 6-0.
Julian Steinhausen lost just two games in his 6-2, 6-0 victory.
Liam Krall won on line one with a pair of 6-1 sets.
Jordi Redelijk clinched the match with a 6-2, 6-0 win.

Juan Jose Bianchi dominated line four, 6-3, 6-1.
Huntley Allen won the sixth Mustang point of the match after his 6-1, 6-4 win on court five.
Callaway Clark completed the sweep with a 6-2, 6-4 win on the final court.

SMU wraps up its regular season on Sunday as they host Trinity at the SMU Tennis Complex. The match is slated for 2 p.m.
