Full Schedule

DALLAS (SMU) – SMU Men's Soccer announced its schedule for the 2026 season on Monday. The 15-match slate features four teams that were ranked in the United Soccer Coaches Top 25 Poll at the end of last season.
 
The 2025 Atlantic Coast Conference Champions will host 10 regular-season matches at Washburne Stadium, including four conference matchups.
 
Following their exhibition matches against Oral Roberts (Aug. 7) and Tulsa (Aug. 14), Head Coach Kevin Hudson's team is set to host Stetson in its season opener at Washburne Stadium on Aug. 20.
 
The Mustangs will open their third ACC campaign at Pitt on Sept. 11 and are set to host the 2025 NCAA Tournament runner-up, NC State, for their ACC home opener on Sept. 18.

Duke (Oct. 10), Stanford (Oct. 16) and Louisville (Oct. 30) will also make their trips to the Hilltop for ACC play. Aside from Pitt, SMU will play road conference matches at Virginia Tech (Sep. 27), Wake Forest (Oct. 2) and California (Oct. 25).
 
Following their ACC Championship campaign in 2025, Hudson's staff has recruited the third-ranked transfer portal class according to TopDrawerSoccer.

SMU finished No. 15 in the final United Soccer Coaches poll last season after earning the No. 5 seed and a first-round bye in the 2025 NCAA Tournament.
