Prep: Four-year starter and first-team all-city selection at Heritage Hall High School ... Helped his team to a pair of state championships in 2013 and 2014 and a combined 34-0 record ... Tallied 34 goals and 21 assists in three seasons and was named the team's Most Valuable Player in 2014 ... Plays for Oklahoma Football Club making appearances in the state championship on five occasions, winning one.

Personal: An Honor Roll member throughout high school, McLaughlin also played four years of football and was named the all-district kicker of the year helping his team to a 2014 state championship.
