Personal: Chose SMU for its good soccer foundation and its academics… Would most like to visit Germany… Enjoys spending time with friends and family… Before game-time, she needs to eat a well-balanced meal and touch the crossbar in the center of the goal before saying a quick prayer… Has an interest in nutrition and its effects on the human body… Her favorite athlete is Hope Solo… Her advice for young athletes is “the only way to be the best is to never stop wanting to be better”… Her parents are Sherry and James Kuempel… She plans to major in Applied Physiology and Sports Management at SMU.
