Former SMU women’s soccer player Hali Hartman ‘26 enters her first season as a graduate assistant in 2026.
Hartman played two seasons at SMU (2024-25) and was a team captain during the 2025 season. During the 2025 season, she started in all 18 games and led a back line that recorded six shutouts during the season, including two in ACC play. In her two seasons, the Mustangs totaled 10 shutouts.
Prior to her arrival at SMU, she played at LSU (2023) and at Oklahoma (2022). While at Oklahoma, she finished as one of the top 30 freshmen in the country and earned Big 12 All-Freshman Team honors.
Hartman holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and is currently pursuing a master’s degree.
