DALLAS (SMU) - The SMU volleyball team returns to action this weekend as it hosts Tulane and UTEP in Conference USA action at Moody Coliseum. The Mustangs (6-11, 2-3 C-USA) hope to continue their home court success and bounce back from two tough road losses last weekend to Rice and Houston. The team is 5-1 in home contests this season.
SMU will look to freshman Natalie Peters to continue her strong play up front and help the Mustangs take out the Green Wave and the Miners. Peters ranks first in the league in blocks, putting up 24 solos and 69 assists for a total of 93 and her overall blocks per game average ranks 30th in the NCAA.
