EDMOND, Okla. (SMU) - The SMU men's golf team won the team title at the Oklahoma Intercollegiate at the par-71, 7417-yard Oak Tree Golf Club after a sudden-death playoff with Texas Tech. The two squads each posted three-round totals of 892 (+40), forcing the teams to move back to the first hole to decide the champion. The format featured all five players from both squads in the playoff with all five scores counting.
