Lakeside, Calif. (SMU) - The SMU men's golf team is tied for third following two rounds of play at the Barona Collegiate Cup at Barona Creek Golf Club on Monday, March 17. SMU carded rounds of 291 and 283 on the par-72 course and sits at 2-under as team to tie for third place alongside San Diego State.

Individually, SMU's Dan Kleckner (74-68) and Kelly Kraft (72-70) are tied for ninth at 2-under to lead the `Stangs. Scott Barton's 70-75 has him at 1-over 145 and tied for 21st, while Ben Tewes (75-73) and James Minahan (77-72) are tied for 33rd and 38th, respectively.
