ITA Back Draw Results 
TULSA, Okla. (SMU) - SMU men's tennis player Robin Fahgen won his draw at the ITA All-American Championships this past weekend in Tulsa. In the finals, he beat the No. 6 player in the ITA rankings, Dimitar Kutrovsky, 6-2, 7-5.
Fahgen opened the draw with a win over No. 35 Yoann Re 6-3, 6-3. In the semifinals he beat No. 22 Bruno Rosa of Rice, 6-4, 6-1. Rosa had beat No. 5 overall Guillermo Gomez of Virginia Tech in the previous round to advance.
Of Fahgen's five wins on the way to the championship, he defeated four players in the top 60 of the ITA rankings. His only non-ranked opponent came against Dallas native Alexei Chijoff-Evans of Harvard, 6-1, 6-3 in the round of 16. Fahgen entered the season ranked 44th in the ITA.
