Results

WACO, Texas (SMU) - The SMU men's tennis team fell 7-0 at No. 41 Baylor this afternoon at the Hurd Tennis Center. SMU is now 3-4 on season, while Baylor, which began the season inside the top 10, moves to 5-5.

Pablo Perez-Esnaola at No. 1 singles and Joseph Hattrup at No. 6 singles were the lone Mustangs to force a third set. Perez-Esnaola won his second set 3-6 versus No. 28 Mate Zsiga, but was unable to sustain the momentum, dropping the final set.

The Mustangs next match is March 10 in Dallas, Texas versus Toledo at 12 p.m. CT.
