ATLANTA (SMU) – SMU Men's Swimming and Diving's Danny Kovac and Tyler Coffey swept the Atlantic Sun Male Swimming and Diving weekly honors on Tuesday.

Kovac was named the Atlantic Sun Men's Swimmer of the Week for the first time by the conference, while Coffey made it two straight weeks earning Men's Diver of the Week honors.

For Kovac, he comes off a strong performance this past weekend against No. 9 Texas, picking up two victories in the 100 fly (45:86) and 200 fly (1:42.15). The Colorado native's times both were NCAA B cuts.

Coffey posted an NCAA qualifying score of 332.63 on the 1m dive, good for a fourth-place finish in the event.
