STANFORD, Calif. (SMU) -- The distance ponies took on competition in California this weekend at the Stanford Invitational. Leoni Mierswa moved up to second on the SMU All-Time Performers List in the 1,500. 

Mierswa ran a PR time of 4:19.90. This time puts her 11th in the ACC. Macey Hilton ran a time of 4:25.47. The duo also raced in the 800. Mierswa ran 2:09.37 -- at top 25 time in the conference -- and Hilton placed third in her heat with a time of 2:09.37. 

In the 5,000, Sophia Keditukei ran a time of 17:05.08. 

The Mustangs will be back in Texas next weekend for Texas A&M's 44 Farms Team Invite.
