DALLAS, Texas (SMU) -- SMU will travel to College Station this weekend for Texas A&M's 44 Farms Team Invitational. The meet will be a full three days of events with the competition starting on Thursday. 

The Mustangs are coming off an exciting weekend with historic performances across all event groups and will take that momentum into this next meet. Currently, not only have the Mustangs met the ACC standard in eight events, but two athletes are top ranked in the NCAA. Cleo Martin-Evans is currently fourth in the long jump, and Nea Sanders is 11th in the 100-meter hurdles. Sanders leads the event in the ACC. 

The 44 Farms Team Invitational is scheduled to begin at noon with the heptathlon kicking the weekend off.
