Megan Ferraguti joined SMU Football at the beginning of the Rhett Lashlee era in 2022 and was named Executive Director of Head Coach Operations in 2025.
In this role, she oversees key aspects of the program’s daily operations, including managing Coach Lashlee’s schedule and day-to-day engagements, coordinating with staff families, cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless execution of office operations.
Before SMU, Megan built her career in professional sports, working with the Las Vegas Raiders (2018–2022) and the Texas Rangers Baseball Club (2016–2018) in corporate partnership activation.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with a minor in Business from Auburn University in 2015, followed by a master’s degree in Sport Management from SMU in 2016.
