Senior (2018): Played in 10 games, starting two... Registered 24 tackles (18 solo), 1.5 TFLs and one breakup.

2017 (Junior at Northern Arizona): Played in 11 games… Registered 11 tackles and one sack.

2016 (Sophomore at Northern Arizona): Played in 11 games… Registered 25 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss and one interception.

2015: Competed in 10 games and made one start… Was credited with five pass breakups.

2014: Redshirted the season.

Prep: A 2014 graduate of Sahuaro High School… Three-year letterwinner and two-year captain for Scott Mckee… Named USA Today First Team All-State Defensive Back, and First Team All-Southern Arizona Wide Receiver… Also named First Team All-City, All-City Wide receiver, and Arizona Daily Star Second Team All-Southern Arizona defensive back… Recorded 23 total touchdowns, 1,168 yards receiving, and five interceptions in his career… Holds the school record for touchdowns in a game with six.

Personal:  Son of Darian and Roberta Sterns… Has one brother Bryce, and one sister Brielle… Cousin Jordan played football at Oklahoma State, and uncle, James, played basketball at Baylor.
