Sophomore (2017): Started all 13 games… Led the team with 105 tackles (85 solo, 20 asst)… Had one tackle for loss and two interceptions… Added one forced fumble and seven pass breakups.

Freshman (2016): Played in all 12 games…Finished with 28 tackles…Registered a career-high seven tackles at Baylor…Had one pass breakup against TCU.

Prep: A three-star Scout.com prospect... Had nine interceptions, 40-plus tackles, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries as a senior... A first-team All-District 24-5A selection and first-team All-Greater Houston pick by the Houston Chronicle... Named a Defensive Player of the Year Award finalist by the Houston Touchdown Club... Named to the Houston Chronicle Greater Houston Top 100... Played for Ricky Tullos at George Ranch... Personal: Son of Charity Carter and Miki Onu... Comes from a football family - cousin Quandre Diggs plays cornerback for the Detroit Lions, cousin Quentin Jammer played cornerback for San Diego Chargers and Denver Broncos and cousin Chris Jammer played cornerback at Rice.
