Kendal Lambert is currently the Senior Director of Recruiting and Events at SMU, where she oversees football recruiting operations and manages all related special events.
In 2023, she was the Assistant Director of Recruiting at LSU, handling day-to-day operations, supervising student staff, coordinating visits, and supporting head coach communications. LSU signed a top 5 recruiting class during her time there.
She previously worked at Auburn University as a Recruiting Coordinator starting in 2022, where she assisted with recruiting efforts and organized visits and events. Auburn signed a top 20 class during her tenure.
Kendal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations (2021) and a Master’s in Sports Hospitality (2022) from the University of Alabama, where she interned in recruiting and logistics, contributing to multiple top-ranked recruiting classes.
