Marcelo Uribe Hernandez joined the SMU football staff in the summer of 2024 and serves as the Assistant Director of Video Services.

Uribe arrived at the Hilltop after one season at Texas Tech, where he served as Assistant Video Coordinator. Prior to that, he served as a Video Graduate assistant at SMU (2022-2023). He started his career as a student video assistant at Texas Tech (2019-2022).

Uribe earned a degree in Political Science from Texas Tech University in 2022 and a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from SMU in 2023.
