Paige Smith is entering her second season back on the Hilltop as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting in 2025.

She previously was had the assistant director position before a promotion after the historic 2024 season which saw the Mustangs make their first CFP appearance. 
 
She previously served two seasons at Houston, serving as an on-campus recruiting coordinator during her final season. Prior to Houston, she was on the staff at SMU for a season as a recruiting assistant. 
 
Smith worked in multiple capacities at her alma mater Texas Tech after receiving her bachelor's degree in 2019. While a student, she worked in recruiting and compliance with the Red Raiders.
