2024-25 (So.) - Chen posted a 73.54 scoring average events in 2024-25 playing in every event for the Mustangs. Chen finished in the top 10 three times and top 20 five times. She finished the season ranked No. 189 by the Scoreboard national rankings. The Australian tallied seven straight top 30s with her finish at the Veritex Bank Collegiate. Chen finished in 15^th at the Clemson Invitational, her sixth straight top 30 showing. Chen finished in ninth of 100 at the Briars Creek shooting one-under par. Chen had her best showing as a Mustang at the Chevron Collegiate with a third-place finish. She played the entire tournament bogey free. Chen finished in 23^rd at the Collegiate Invitational to secure back-to-back top 25 showings. The Perth, Western Australia native finished in a tie for sixth at the Charles Schwab Fall Collegiate carding even par each round.  Chen had her first eagle in the third round of the Stanford Intercollegiate. She had her best career finish to date the Red Raider Invitational with a 20^th place showing.

2023-24 (Fr.) - Chen had a 75.75 scoring average in six rounds. She finished in a tie for 37^th in her first appearance as a Mustang. 

PERSONAL: Celine Chen hails from Perth, Western Australia where she was a standout athlete ... her parents are Simon and Yvonne Chen and she has one younger brother (Louis) she attended Rossmoyne Senior High School and was honored as the top performer in Physical Education Studies (2023) and top performer in materials and design ... she played golf at Joondalup Country Club and was coached by Craig Bishop ... Chen was named 2022 Junior Golfer of the Year and 2022 Junior Stroke Average winner ... she also was named Junior Stroke Average winner in 2023 .. Chen represented Australia at the Singapore Junior Amateur ... she plans on majoring in sports management at SMU ... she chose SMU because of the friendly and welcoming people and the amazing atmosphere...
