Coach Mike Cavan's Weekly Press Conference

On the Hawaii Game
"We did some good things. Jonas Rutledge played extremely well and made some huge plays. Garrett played well and made some plays."
"We keep making mistakes, and it is hard to win football games when you do that. We are still our own worst enemy."
"David Page did some good things for us. He was mobile back there. For the most part, he made good reads and good decisions. He will be competing this week for Kelan again."
On San Jose State
"They have played some good football teams, all on the road this year."
"San Jose State has an offensive line that is huge, and a running back that is one of the better backs in the country."
"Defensively, you see them giving up plays, but they have been playing some good football teams."
"They are a one back set, that likes to move the tight ends around. They probably use the shotgun a little more than we do."
