STANFORD, Calif. (SMU) – Head coach Lauren Mason and her SMU Women's Golf team wrapped up another solid effort, finishing tied for sixth and 16-over par at the Stanford Intercollegiate, hosted by Dr. Condoleezza Rice.

For the second time in three tournaments, Grace Jin led the way for the Mustangs. Incredibly consistent as always, Jin carded two birdies and two bogeys for a second-straight even-par 71. The Huntsville, Texas product finished 1-over for the tournament and in a tie for 16^th.

Kicking off her day with a birdie on the par-4 fifth hole, Maelynn Kim came out of the gates firing. Kim delivered two more birdies on No. 7 and No. 9 before making the turn. Three bogeys, a double and a birdie rounded out the rest of the round for the Texas native as she finished with a 2-over 73 and 3-over for the tournament at T26.

Yoonjeong Huh also birdied the par-5 seventh hole, her second of the day. Huh would have to wait until the first, her 14^th of the day, for a second circle on the card. Coupled with six bogeys, the Korean wrapped up the tournament with a 4-over 75 and 7-over for the weekend at T38.

Celine Chen started her day with seven consecutive pars. Unfortunately, the senior was unable to dial up any birdies. Two bogeys and double left her with a 4-over 75 and matched Huh's 7-over total for the weekend in T38.

Kirra St-Laurent would shoot 77, finishing 11-over for the tournament at T51.
