CHARLOTTE (SMU/The ACC) – SMU Football was picked second in the ACC Preseason Media Poll on Tuesday in a release by the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC).
The Mustangs received six first-place votes by members of the media. Miami was picked first with 165 first-place votes.
SMU has posted a 14-2 record in conference play since joining in 2024, the most conference wins during that span for any team.
